Quality culture in higher education: A review

Eastern International University

In the current era, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are experiencing severe pressure from continuously changing environment and tough competition in attracting learners and providing high quality educational services. As a result, HEIs are seeking strategies to enhance quality and build a sustainable competitive advantage battling against these challenges (Trivellas et al., 2012).
