Văn hóa chất lượng (VHCL) được xem như nền tảng của mọi hoạt động trong cơ sở giáo dục như giảng dạy, nghiên cứu, học tập và phục vụ cộng đồng, xây dựng VHCL có nghĩa là mọi hoạt động của tổ chức đều hướng đến các giá trị chất lượng đã được thiết lập và không chỉ dừng lại ở việc mọi thành viên trong tổ chức đều phấn đấu để đạt được kết quả chất lượng mà còn từ kết quả đã có tiếp tục cải tiến và phát triển, điều này ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến sự phát triển bền vững của tổ chức, đến lợi ích của các bên liên quan.
Quality culture is considered as the foundation of all activities in education institutions such as teaching, learning, research, and community service. Developing a quality culture means that all activities of the organization are oriented towards established quality values. It requires not only enormous efforts from all members of the organization to achieve quality results, but also continuous improvement and development which directly affects the sustainable development of the organization as well as the interests of stakeholders.
